Hi, we're Dee and Jules!
We met 5 years ago working at a restaurant downtown Guelph. We discovered quickly that we shared the same values, cooking styles, and the drive to be entrepreneurs. Two hard working ladies committed to serving delicious scratch made food using lots of aromatic herbs, love, and lemon zest!
When you eat our food, you taste the difference, and you know who’s cooking it. Tender slow cooked meats, fresh grilled veggies, unique salads and home baked desserts. Fresh high quality food made fast and efficiently, with a high level of customer service. Quality you can taste from people you can trust.
Together we have a combined 30+ years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. Bringing well rounded skills & experience to different aspects of the business -- when combined, a perfect partnership is created. Danielle has a business degree from the University of Guelph, with strengths lying in the back of house: management, menu development, costing, and supplier relationships. Julie has a diploma in Travel and Tourism and excels at the front of house: menu design, customer service and networking, point of sale knowledge and day to day operations. We aim to create a relaxed environment where you feel at home, surrounded by our favourite cookbooks and fresh plants.
